Answer:
In the verse of Surah A’araaf that you pointed out, there is nothing mentioned about the life of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam).

The death that is mentioned in the verses of Surah Ambiya and Surah Zumar is the condition that every live entity has to pass through as Allah Most High says in the Holy Quran:

Every soul has to taste death….. Surah Ambiya (21:35)

The word “taste” shows that the condition of death is but temporary and after that there will be life again.

If the aforementioned verses of the Holy Quran are not interpreted in this manner, then there will be contradiction between these verses and the Hadith which mention the life of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) and other Prophets and there cannot be any contradiction between the Hadith and the Holy Quran.  Interpreting any verse of the Holy Quran or any Hadith in such a manner that there is a contradiction with other verses of the Holy Quran and/or other Hadith is very wrong.

And Allah Most High knows best.
